Whether the project requires soil sampling for contaminant characterization, monitoring well installation for ground water studies, or any other subsurface data collection, Hetager Drilling has the resources necessary to accomplish your objectives.

We offer direct push technology with our Geoprobe® Model 5400, which is capable of soil sampling, ground water sampling, soil gas sampling, and installation of small diameter monitoring wells. This system is self-contained in a Ford® F-250 four-wheel drive truck and offers minimal disturbance to the project site.

For larger-scale projects, we own and operate three air rotary drills capable of installing large-diameter wells to significant depths. The newest addition to our fleet is a crane carrier mounted Ingersoll-Rand Model T4W. We have experience in monitoring well installation and soil sampling for a variety of project types, which include:

  • Landfills
  • Environmental site assessments
  • Soil/groundwater contaminant studies.
